Interview - Fred The Head

This episode is somewhat of a departure For Peak True Crime.

I interview Ken Davies, the creator of the incredible real-time investigative podcast The Mysterious Case of Fred The Head.

The body of an unknown man was discovered in Burton, Staffordshire in 1971.

Ken explains the case -spoiler free - and the fact that along with his merry band of helpers the podcast is undertaking a real-time investigation which goes much further than the police ever did.

Ken also talks about his other podcast which looks into an unidentified man who's body found at sea off the shores of the German island of Heligoland in 1994

  • Peak True Crime - Old Whittington, 2020

Old Whittington, 2020When paramedics arrived at the home of Shannon Marsden and her boyfriend Stephan Boden in the early hours of Christmas Day 2020, it wasn't just the squalor of the place that shocked them. Initial reports suggested that their son, 10 month old Finley Boden, was struggling for breath; possibly as a result of a covid-19 infection. The reality of his situation however became clear almost instantly. A victim of violence and neglect, how could a child who should have been one of the most protected in the county been allowed to die in such tragic circumstances?https://www.instagram.com/invites/contact/?i=i7vvfh6jwko5&utm_content=pcf5bqaFacebookhttps://www.facebook.com/groups/503422054656504Twitterhttps://twitter.com/peaktruecrime?t=qpihTIiIU5jiBEWF3xkGsQ&s=09Music by Serge Quadradohttps://pixabay.com/users/sergequadrado-24990007/
