This episode is a live-talk I gave in November 2022 to a group of young adults on Luke 12:22 'Do not worry' - a timeless message that we all need reminding of from time to time! So how do we not worry? Ultimately it's the work and grace of the Holy Spirit to lead us to a place of trust, surrender and peace (thank goodness because that takes the pressure off). However, we can do our bit and co-operate with God.
