The Great Pineapple Pizza Debate and Other Food Combination Controversies
Are your taste buds ready for a wild ride? Prepare to embark on a culinary expedition through some of the most unusual, yet tantalizing food combinations you could imagine. Get ready for a feast of flavors as we, along with our special guest Tombsie, embark on a journey through the history and science of food pairings, tracing it back to its roots in India and discussing how it has evolved over time. We'll also peel back the layers on the fiery debate regarding pineapple on pizza and its origins!
Ever wondered how peanut butter and pickles would taste together? We did too! We've put together a smorgasbord of 10 different food combinations, pushing culinary boundaries and testing our taste buds. From the surprisingly delectable to the downright bizarre, we'll bravely sample and rate each combination, sharing our experiences along the way. We'll also enter into the realm of the extraordinary, pairing ordinary foods with unexpected counterparts, like mango with hot sauce or Pringles with Whipped cream, rating each eccentric combo on a scale of 1 to 10.
