David Cordua
This week Axel sits down with his fellow Houstonian and friend, David Cordua .A chef and restaurateur David was raised around food in the family business. David and Axel discuss how travel and education moved David back home to work with his family’s restaurant group, and using it as a launching pad for new projects and ideas like the creation of his new company, Michael + David Cordúa Hospitality. The two also dug into the origins and importance of Texas BBQ and why other grilling techniques are becoming so popular in Texas.
