We're based in Melbourne and currently in lockdown so the podcast is on hiatus but we're going to post some bonus content when we can. First up is a snippet from a conversation we had about community. Here Ian talks to us about community being the antidote to jealousy, envy and greed - the lethal combo that destroy society.

We’re reminded how beneficial it is to check in with yourself on a daily basis; recognise how you responded to the big and small things. Did you make the unimportant important? Where did fear kick in and what’s below that fear? Everyone experiences fear -did you know it’s connected to a lack of independence and self-belief? The more you know yourself and decide to not make yourself small the more you can hit delete on the fear that’s not serving you. Today’s episode is to encourage us to be brave and express who we really are.

Emotional baggage is heavy and more often than not causes us to be out of whack and balance. We chat about why it's important to heal our hurts, let love in and apathy out and why letting go when you're watching a movie is a cracker of an idea. A better life depends on it.
