14. How to handle discourse in the equestrian industry

In this episode I take lessons from the following books; Supercommunicators by: Charles Duhigg and How to Win Friends and Influence People by: Dale Carnegie. I cover how we can communicate properly, not offend the other party and gain respect and likeability.
