Thanks for joining me for this weeks episode of One For The Road.On this episode I am joined by ex professional footballer Fraser Franks.Fraser always had a complex relationship with alcohol, but after retiring from professional football due to health reasons in 2019, he found himself becoming dependent and he began using alcohol to hide his pain. Through the help of others he was able to identify his issue with alcohol before he lost everything, and has since become involved deeply in the sober community, and has found great purpose in helping others on similar journeys.
