Season 1, Ep. 1

It’s no secret that exams can cause a fair bit of stress for a lot of people. So now more than ever, it’s important that you take care of your wellbeing; get a good amount of sleep, eat well and drink plenty (of water). Loads of people feel stressed in the lead up to their exams and a little nervousness before a test is typical. It can help sharpen your mind and focus your attention. But exam anxiety, those feelings of worry and self-doubt can interfere with how well you do on the exam. So to talk about exam anxiety, we are joined by Emily Naris, the Advice Centre Manager and the VP of Wellbeing & Diversity.
