Edmonton take on Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals

The Edmonton Oilers finally get back on home ice tonight after a week away taking on the Boston Bruins, Columbus Blue Jackets, Buffalo Sabres and Pittsburgh Penguins. That road trip had mixed reviews from fans; however, they ultimately game away with five out of eight points, which is not all that bad.
Midway through that trip, the team was joined by Adam Henrique and Sam Carrick after being acquired from the Anaheim Ducks, and then later by Troy Stetcher from the Arizona Coyotes. Tonight will be the first time those players get the opportunity to play at Rogers Place when the team welcomes Alexander Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals to town.
Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin go live at noon for Oilersnation Everyday on the Oilersnation YouTube channel. During the show, they want to hear from you. You can leave your questions, comments and concerns in the Charm Diamond Centres YouTube live chat and interact with the guys throughout.
Also on the show, Washington Capitals beat writer Stephan Whyno joins Tyler and Liam. The guys will ask Stephen about the Capitals season so far and their chances of making the post season. Also, a big headline whenever Ovechkin is in town is his chase down of Wayne Gretzky for the most goals in the NHL history. They will get Stephan's thoughts on that pursuit too.
