Welcome to a Friday special! This week’s bonus episode features an interview with Jane Coates, the mother of Lucy Harrison, who was fatally shot in the chest by her father in his home in Texas. A grand jury in the US determined there was insufficient evidence to charge anyone in connection with Lucy's death. Here in the UK, a coroner has since reached a very different conclusion, ruling that Lucy was unlawfully killed, and that her death was the result of reckless actions.
