Luton break their transfer record for the second time in as many weeks with the permanent signing of Tahith Chong from Birmingham City. Whilst the boys are currently away at a preseason camp in Slovenia, the final friendly before the season starts was confirmed, with the Hatters faithful treated to a special European away against Bochum in the Ruhr region of Germany. Finally, the Summer Transfer Window is starting to heat up, so the list of transfer rumours is assessed.
