Suddenly, she realized she had control and turned her life around one meditation session at a time.
Our conversation got us into how today's system and society is designed to push us all to the brink of burnout and what that means looking forward as technology continues to rule our world. How will we connect to nature if we're plugged in for most things? She has some thoughts.
