This is the first time I've fangirled... excuse my squeals. This episode is award-worthy and essential if you want a good boost of positivity in your life. Today, I chat with Shaun T., celebrity fitness motivator, and a brilliant man who's motivated people in much more than just the physical sense. He's gone through challenges that had the potential to break anyone's spirit, and instead, he rose to the top with his inner light and made a career of inspiring others to do the same. Can you tell I'm a super fan? This man is the reason I started working out when I was 12 years old gettin' it with his Hip Hop Abs DVD in the attic that was the seed that grew a motivated lifestyle all-together where I would create a podcast about not being average and get the chance to interview him... Coincidence?! I think not.
