Ep2. Decision Fatigue

Season 1, Ep. 2

Have you ever had a busy day, maybe jumping from task to task, responding to a lot of requests from your colleagues, or making too many choices about a project, and after the work day is done, you just couldn't be bothered deciding what to cook for dinner or even choosing what food to get delivered? It's possible that you're experiencing decision fatigue.

In this episode we explore what causes decision fatigue, how to spot when you're overloaded with choices and ways to reduce decision making for your or the person you support.
