Episode 65 - No Labels, No Limits podcast - with Maria Fuller, Girl's Empowerment Expert

Season 1, Ep. 65
Our latest guest, Maria Fuller, is the founder and thought leader behind Raising A Powerful Girl and the Empowered Girl Movement, connecting professionals and parents raising girls for the purpose of education and empowerment on their parenting journey. Maria has spent nearly a decade working with women of all ages to help shed unhealthy beliefs and breakdown stereotypes surrounding pregnancy, motherhood, body image, self-esteem, parenting, women in leadership and much more. She is a frequent speaker and presenter on women’s leadership, girls empowerment and the role social media and technology plays on girls self-esteem, confidence and brain health. Where does she find the inspiration? Maria says, "Inspiration is everywhere. You have to look to find it, but it's really found in those ordinary women, right? We call them ordinary because we haven't heard about them in the media. But it's those everyday women that are seeking their truth and they're being vulnerable and they're sharing it and, and they just keep going. Even though they hit a wall, they pivot and they try again. They inspire me to keep going." Episode 64 - No Labels, No Limits podcast - with Joe Pettit, Professional Speaker and Nutrition Expert

Season 1, Ep. 64
It’s our honor today to interview Joe Pettit, a Professional Speaker, and a Nutrition Services Expert. He is quickly becoming one of the hottest speakers on resilience, producing results by strengthening your personal development, and leadership. He has an uncanny ability to engage, connect, and inspire audiences. He presents at state and national conferences, nonprofits, and schools. A blogger, entrepreneur, and motivation addict – he’s got an incredibly interesting story. Take a listen. Here are his instructions and advice for a smooth, daily flow, “How you set up your daily routine is how you will be able to conquer your mind, how you start your day and how you end your day. The first thing that I do when I wake up, I just say something that I'm grateful for, what, what is my mission for the day? And then immediately I go into listening to motivational videos. Now, I believe that a couple of things that cause the most friction in the morning is what we wear and what we eat. So, to eliminate this friction, at night I pick out my clothes and iron them. Then, I go ahead and cook and prepare my breakfast so that once I wake up in the morning, it's a smooth process. That is how I make sure the day is aligned.” His last bit of advice is, “Ultimately, I think there's one thing that we forget is that life is long and we need to be really patient, that things don't have to happen right away. But the number one message is to be aware of who you are and be okay with who you are.” Connect with Joe and learn more about his Garden here: - get your free ebook on Inspiring Leadership FB: Joe Pettit Instagram: Joe Pettit Inspires LinkedIn: Joe Pettit #cupofjoe #NLNLpodcast #speaker #leadership #beokaywithyou #inpsiration

Episode 59 - No Labels, No Limits podcast - with David Speed, Creative Graffiti Artist and Podcast Host

Season 1, Ep. 59
Another unique guest today! I’d like to introduce David Speed, the founder of Graffiti Life; a creative company that makes art of all kinds for big brands, both inside and out. The company was created with the mission of empowering artists and creatives, which remains a core value to this day. He is also the host of the 'Creative Rebels' podcast, providing the next generation of creatives with tangible advice to turn their passion into a career, which debuted at #1 in the iTunes business charts.  David’s interview was so interesting and he gives us some background and bits of advice on the origin of his creativity. He says, "Creativity is problem-solving. And that's where my creativity has come from. It's a habit. It's practice and it's just something that I've worked on and cultivated over a long period. That's the other thing, people get disheartened when they don't see progression quick enough. It's just having that blind faith in knowing 'if I continue, I will get better'. I think most people just don't have what it takes to just keep going on that track. That is part of my mission - to just tell people to just keep going. The people that keep going, they are the ones that win. Simple as that, in business, in art, in everything." “Your journey, every step that you take, gets you to where you are. Our failures have made us stronger, make us longer vulnerable in those areas where we failed in the past because we've been able to learn from our mistakes in the dark. If you keep going, great things will come.” Connect with David here:\ twitter @davidspeeduk from @graffiti_life Instagram @davidspeeduk from @graffiti_life  @rebelscreate podcast
