The Ultimate Christmas Present (2000, 14:50) is a Disney Channel Original Movie about 2 LA middle schoolers who find a weather machine and turn it on to cause a snow day. They don't realize that the machine belongs to Santa and is broken, causing an accidental blizzard in the whole city.
"Here Comes Aaron Carter" is an episode from Season 1 of Lizzie McGuire (2001, 54:44) in which Aaron Carter is filming a music video in town, so Lizzie and her friends try to sneak onto the set to meet him.
