306 - Find Your Inner Money Queen with Jessica Weaver

Season 4, Ep. 306

When is the last time you reflected on your financials? Do you have non-negotiables? Today's guest on the No Labels, No Limits podcast, Jessica Weaver, is an expert in that field. Jessica is a wealth advisor, three-time bestselling author, and founder/owner of the Women's Wealth Boutique, which is the fastest-growing woman-owned financial firm in the US. Her company is also a multimedia firm publishing books, podcasts, and magazines.

In her book, Confessions of a Money Queen, she helps others discover that obtaining and keeping money is not as complicated as it seems. She assures us that we haven't missed our chance with wealth. It's been waiting for us to call it in.

She says, "Women do have a lot of guilt around money. They feel guilty about earning more money or spending on themselves. Women give back four times more than men. We are givers. Women are 80% of the caretakers in the family."

Today, Jessica and I are going to talk about:

  •  Shifting from a scarcity/fear-based relationship with money to abundance.
  •  Living on purpose.
  • Allowing money to flow into your life.
  • Removing money blocks.

She explains how the right kind of curiosity can help uncover deeper insights and foster better communication.Frenteurships: A term Dr. Dub uses to describe a more collaborative, “we” focused approach to leadership and professional development, as opposed to the traditional "mentor/mentee" dynamic. Frenteurships are about mutual growth, curiosity, and sharing knowledge across differences.Curiosity Across Differences: Dr. Dub encourages us to engage in conversations with people who hold different views or beliefs with a spirit of mutual curiosity—seeking to understand rather than to be understood. This shift in mindset can lead to more enriching, productive dialogues and ultimately help build stronger, more inclusive workplaces.Intention and Execution: Dr. Dub highlights that both intention and execution are critical when implementing strategies for workplace transformation.
