Chaos&Dragons Minigames make their podcast debut in this Uncut Gems episode, where DM 3en runs PC Derek through a oneshot MetaMystery styled adventure 3en has dubbed "Themes From a Hat"! In Themes From A Hat, the game master has a theme hidden inside a short adventure and it is up to the players to discover what that theme is... It could be a naming scheme where everything is named after obscure colors, it could be a metaphor where the adventure disguises the process of photosynthesis in the tasks of a quest, or it could be a parody of a well known story akin to the Bridegroom Prince. If it still sounds confusing, don't worry, it's all new to Derek as well and we're pretty sure you'll figure it out before he does!
