Ep. 186 - Jeremy Dyson

Jeremy Dyson is a writer best known as a member of the BAFTA winning comedy group, The League of Gentlemen alongside Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith. He co-wrote The League of Gentlemen including a radio series, 3 television series, numerous tours, a feature film, a Christmas special and three 20th anniversary episodes. He co-created the play Ghost Stories with Andy Nyman which ran in the West End and on tour for many years as well as at The Sydney Opera House in Australia. He co-created the BAFTA-nominated television series Funland, which aired on BBC Three and was script editor and writer on BBC1's BAFTA winning The Armstrong & Miller Show. Jeremy has written several books including Bright Darkness: Lost Art of the Supernatural Horror Film, two collections of short stories entitled Never Trust a Rabbit and The Cranes That Build The Cranes. He’s soon to be seen in the BBC’s Ghosts, Armando Iannucci's Avenue 5 with Hugh Laurie and the comedy series Hapless on Netflix. Mike was a member of the parody pop group, The HeeBeeGeeBees, the classic BBC Radio4 comedy group, Radio Active, and he sang the lead vocal on the Spitting Image no.1 hit, The Chicken Song.
