My Depressed Christian Life

There is a gospel in mental illness, good news which reveals the power of God through salvation. That is why I am not ashamed of my mental illness, it is my ministry, and it shows God’s glory in my life.

There is a monster raging inside me. I kept him caged and under control for most of my life, or so I thought. But it turns out he was simply sitting back, growing stronger, and waiting for the perfect moment to break loose and destroy everything I love.
