That is what this week’s caller is asking. Since becoming a parent they are reaching for alcohol more and more and are unsure whether it’s just a phase, or more and how to stop. So I brought on Alena Turley to discuss all things addiction in early parenting. Alena (@soulmamahub) faced a 10 year addiction, which led to her loosing her home, her relationship, contact with her family and her own self worth. We discuss:
