 In our last episode of the "My Hometown Hero" series, Deon Harrington Jr., a sophomore from Batesville, MS, chose to interview Dr. Delois Carter. Tune in as they discuss Dr. Carter’s ministry through her program Intercessory Prayer Outreach Ministry IPOM (Senatobia, MS), and how it has positively impacted her community.

For her episode of "My Hometown Hero," Ella Francis Martin, a sophomore from Houston, MS chose Brian Aldridge to interview. Tune in as they discuss Mr. Aldridge's legislative service, small business ownership, and various camp and club leadership roles in his lifelong effort to positively impact his community.

For her episode of "My Hometown Hero," Kaylen Woodard, a freshman from Ocean Mendenhall, MS chose Myrics Cole to interview. Tune in as they discuss how Mr. Cole has impacted his community through the founding of his organization, "Iron Sharpens Iron", a non-profit dedicated to helping students and the less fortunate.

For her episode of "My Hometown Hero," Nadiya Gary, a freshman from Ocean Springs, MS chose Taja Cunningham, a science teacher at Ocean Springs Middle School to interview. Tune in as they discuss how Mrs. Cunningham has impacted her community, not only as an educator but also as the founder of Girls ARE and Boys CAN, a non-profit organization that aims to broaden students' horizons on the future of their education and careers.
