Today’s guest has a hugely impressive CV which we can track back to 2001 when he worked at McLaren Automotive before moving onto Daimler and Mercedes then finding himself the Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Formula E ltd and Team Principal of the Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team, throw in some game changing work with Nico Rosberg in Formula 1 and you have yourself Mr Ian James.
