Trade Week & Schaefer Elite ft. Stefen Rosner & Dennis Bernstein

Season 3, Ep. 81

Season 3 rolls on and it’s officially Trade Deadline Week in the NHL. 🚨 The pressure is building, the rumors are heating up, and front offices across the league are deciding whether to buy, sell, or thread the needle.

Jonny Lazarus and Colby Cohen kick things off by setting the stage for a massive week around the league, breaking down the biggest storylines, cap gymnastics, and playoff implications as the deadline approaches.

At 9:15, Stefen Rosner joins to dive into the New York Islanders — where they sit in the playoff race, what direction management could take, and which pieces might realistically be in play. Then at 10:00, Dennis Bernstein hops on to talk Los Angeles Kings, who have parted ways with head coach Jim Hiller ahead of the deadline. A philosophical shift, or a signal of something bigger coming in L.A.?
