Season 3 rolls on as we hit one of the biggest checkpoints in the NHL calendar — American Thanksgiving. With 77% of teams holding a playoff spot at this mark, eventually punching their ticket, today’s Morning Cuppa Hockey dives into a full standings check to figure out who’s in, who’s out, and who’s fooling us. We start in the Atlantic, where Tampa is surging with a 7-3-0 run, and surprise risers and fallers are popping out everywhere.
In the Metro, Carolina sits where they usually sit — on top — but the Islanders, shocking everyone in third, gives the division some chaos.
