This is part 2 of our psychological profile on Arthur Shawcross.
Shawcross was a child killer, a serial killer, a rapist, and a cannibal who first killed a boy and a girl in 1974.
Between March 1988 and December 1989 Shawcross murdered at least 12 young women before a witness saw him at the scene of the last victim and he was reported to police.
