Our latest guest is Martin Castleton of Aureum Insurance. A self-confessed petrolhead with a passion for cars, Martin began his journey in the insurance industry at the Motor Insurance Bureau in 1997.
After holding senior positions throughout his career, he decided to advance his career and start his own insurance brokerage with the support of his school friend Dean.
