In Today's episode of "Moment of Truth," Saurabh and Nick sit down with Dr. Yuval Levin, the Director of Social, Cultural, and Constitutional Studies at the American Enterprise Institute and Founder of National Affairs, to discuss the various problems in American life, why the idlic view of 1950s and 60s America is a facade, how our various institutions from Congress to the military have declined, and what must be done to restore them and the nation.


Yuval Levin is the director of Social, Cultural, and Constitutional Studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), where he also holds the Beth and Ravenel Curry Chair in Public Policy. He is the founder and editor of National Affairs, a senior editor at The New Atlantis, a contributing editor at National Review, and a contributing opinion writer at The New York Times. He is the author of several books on political theory and public policy, most recently “A Time to Build: From Family and Community to Congress and the Campus, How Recommitting to Our Institutions Can Revive the American Dream” (Basic Books, 2020). He holds an MA and PhD from the Committee on Social Thought at the University of Chicago.

In Today's episode of "Moment of Truth," Saurabh sits down with Theodore Wold, former Deputy Assistant to President Trump for Domestic Policy and Visiting Fellow at the Claremont Institute's Center for the American Way of Life, to discuss the disastrous state of America's immigration policies, triumphs and tragedies of the conservative legal movement, pitfalls faced by the Trump administration, what the midterms reveal about America's future, and what the next Republican administration must do to succeed where others have failed. Theodore Wold was the Acting-Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice and Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy during the Trump Administration. He previously served as Deputy Chief Counsel to United States Senator Mike Lee on the Senate Judiciary Committee. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University, where he studied government and English; an M. Litt. from the University of St. Andrews, where he studied English literature; and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Wold clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for Judge Janice Rogers Brown and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico for Judge José Antonio Fusté. He has also lectured at the law school of the Universidad of Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala.
