2022 was a great year and as we head into 2023, it’s time we get back on track and share what we’re up to and where we’re headed! In this episode, we welcome a new season & a new year!

As a champion for her family and women, Stacey’s story is inspiring for all women. In episode 13, you’ll learn more about Stacey, how she continues to keep her family in balance and what she’s doing to make sure women are never alone.

Coming off this holiday weekend, there is a lot to be thankful for and in this episode, we share of some things that we’re grateful for. From friends to family, there is a lot of thankfulness and we hope that you’ll be able to point out some of your own things, too.

We’re all on a journey. Sometimes it can seem overwhelming, but when you get out of it - you can always oversee from the mountain top and be proud of your accomplishments. In episode 11, we talk about our own personal quests and what we’re doing to conquer them.

As she’s raising two young boys, it’s become even more apparent to her the importance of raising them to be mentally healthy. Her story is one of resilience and we know you’ll be touched.
