THE NFL SHOW- CLEVELAND BROWNS, VON MILLER VS KHALIL MACK, PLUS NO1 PASS RUSHER
This week we warm up with Dan asking the team, if you could pick one head coach in the NFL to become the President of the United States, who would it be.
On this week’s show in ‘The Huddle’ we take a look at the Cleveland Browns who have been one of the most controversial and active teams in the offseason. Their 8-9 record in 2021 was disappointing after they were expected to take a step forward after their 2020 campaign which saw them make the playoffs for the first time since 2002. The Browns have made some big moves in the offseason as they released star WR Jarvis Landry, and they traded for another star WR in Amari Cooper. They have also taken a big risk but it may turn out to be a big splash when they traded for Superstar QB Deshaun Watson. Watson comes with a potential to be the best QB in the NFL, but he missed the entire 2021 campaign due to unresolved legal off field issues which are still yet to be resolved. Although they have upgraded at QB and WR, the big question for the Browns is did they make a mistake by trading for Deshaun Watson?
This week in ‘The Match’ we have a look at two of the best Pass Rushers over the past ten years, Khalil Mack and Von Miller. Von Miller is a two-time Super Bowl champion, 8-time Pro Bowler, 7 time All Pro and Superbowl 50 MVP, while Khalil Mack was the 2016 Defensive Player of the Year, 6-time Pro Bowler and 4 time All Pro. Both Khalil Mack and Von Miller are on the move for the 2022 season but with such impressive accolades, who is the better player, and who has had the better career?
To round the show in ‘Rapid Fire’ we go around the NFL and review some of the best players in the league. This week we take a look at the best Pass Rushers in the NFL. With many Pass Rushers in the NFL, who is the best Pass Rusher in the NFL?
