They had planned on sleeping in the back of their van for the night, then collecting supplies for Jay's family's furnace company, before turning around and heading back home. He had been suffering from mental health issues and PTSD.&nbsp; On March 9th, 2015, police were called to Anthony’s apartment complex to respond to reports of a naked man behaving bizarrely in the complex. Based on the call, it was clear that the man was suffering from a mental health crisis and needed medical attention.
