They've been married for 13 years and both operate their own creative businesses. We like to watch TV shows together as a family (Modern Family is one of our favourites) and spend every weekend during the summer at our trailer. We all love cooking and trying new foods and we all like to win, which makes game nights really fun.

She moved to Canada from Russia a year and a half ago because of the political situation there and is adjusting to life in Toronto as her family struggles to find community.

He works with organizations, academics, institutes, and schools, helping them to develop mindfulness-inclusive programs and curriculum and has one of the best global Mindfulness trainer programs. Manish's passions include interacting and learning from young curious minds and leaders by teaching Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence as at at various organizations and education institutions in India and abroad. After successful stint of 25 years of leadership experience in corporate world years, he now works on Empowerment of professionals, individuals, and children through groundbreaking practices of Emotional intelligence and Mindfulness. Manish realized that human race is endowed with metaphysical supremacies. Hence, insightful knowledge and the conscious practice of compassion, empathy and self-awareness can foster an appreciation of human diversity - all tools he carries forward as a parent.
