The Mike O'Hearn Show
Listen, observe ,apply with Ben Pakulski
I just had an interview with Ben Pakulski…
This was a fun one.
When you watch, I wouldn’t be surprised if ‘aha’ moments come popping out at you like a pop-up book
Ben is ahead of his age.
He’s in his mid-thirties yet, acts differently than most 30-year-olds.
He’s one of my favorite people to talk philosophy with…
Whether its philosophy of training…
Or the philosophy of growth…
Regardless, Ben always comes in hot with some valuable knowledge.
How could you not when you’re as deep of a guy as him.
Ben and I agree on many things.
For instance, one thing we both agree on is the process of growth.
We’re both ambitious guys…
..and there was always a goal we’re fighting towards.
And if something stood in our way we would research…
We would experiment…
And we would ruthlessly execute until we grab our dream by the throat and force it to submit.
And after years of doing that over and over, we both have come to the same realization…
The greatest achievements in life aren't the goals or trophies we set out to achieve…
But rather the growth we achieved internally as a result of achieving the goal.
It is a powerful mindset switch…
I call it the mindset of growth.
No doubt you’re gonna leave this one with your mind blown.
Don’t lighten up, TITAN UP!
