A number of proposed changes to the rules of Gaelic Football (nine in total) are to be trialled in this year's third-level Division One League. Proposed changes include only allowing fisted points when the ball is in flight, restrictions to three consecutive hand passes, and goals worth four points. The Expert Advisory Group for these changes is chaired by former Mayo and Roscommon football Manager Kevin McStay.
