Adventurer, former UK Special Forces soldier, and star of the TV show “SAS: Who Dares Wins” Jason Fox.


We sat down with Foxy freshly off the back of his Men’s Health cover shoot to talk about his training history, what he learned from his time in the special forces, his thoughts on the idea of cultivating a ‘military mindset’, and his struggles with poor mental health and the subsequent lessons he tries to implement in his daily life.


This was genuinely one of the most interesting, insightful and enjoyable conversations I’ve had, with Jason dishing up plenty of actionable takeaways, and lots to think about, all from a man who really has walked through the fire in his lifetime.
