Fruits of the Spirit Podcast Part 2
In the book of Galatians, the Apostle Paul describes the Fruits of the Spirit as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
In Acts chapter 2, the apostle Peter tells the new believers that they must repent (change their ways), be baptized and then they will receive the gift of the holy spirit.
In Ephesians chapter 1, Paul refers to the spirit in this way: When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance.
The Holy Spirit is Jesus living in us. So when we truly submit ourselves, we see the change in us, where Jesus starts to shine outward from us and we exhibit those Fruits, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
