Meet Georgie, an entrepreneur and escapist of the 9-5 corporate life and Saigonese at heart. ‘

In 2015, she moved to Saigon and has called it home since then. Her fuel is anything related 

with food and the philosophy behind it. There she finds her niche as a wellness warrior, food

and feeling advocate, where she organizes bespoke experiences and events. She finds joy in 

sharing her knowledge with everyone she meets, as connecting is a huge part of her world and

daily life.


She is the founder and co-owner of L'Herbanyste, a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that is also a healthy hangout. She also founded the Chicks Club: Women-only yoga and adventure retreats in SE Asia.
