Stags Stories with Monica Bowley - Her Game Too
•
Monica Bowley is a true Mansfield Town legend. With over 12 years service for Mansfield Town Ladies, the no nonsense defender has not only made a huge impact on the pitch, but has created a legacy off it, helping to raise the profile of the womens game and create pathways and opportunities for young girls for generations to come.
Since announcing the decision to hang up her boots, she's been inundated with positive messages on social media and joins us to discuss her career and the future of the womens game at Mansfield Town FC.
This open and honest conversation is one you do not want to miss and is proudly brought to you in association with Her Game Too. Please note that we are NOT actually live, this was recorded on Thursday 9 July, you are however free to chat with eachother in the comments - we just won't be able to answer you!

01:22:03||Season 10, Ep. 2We're off and running with three points already banked, thanks to a 2-1 win over Doncaster Rovers - but for all the positives of the league, for those of us who care, the pendulum of frustration certainly swung the other way with a 4-1 defeat to Manchester City's U21s in the EFL Trophy last night. We'll reflect on all of that, plus chat keepers and (possible rant alert) the needless scapegoating, and the fact Uncle Stephen has been born again...As ever we welcome your views, opinions, observations, questions and comments in the live feed....
