Kerri Northcott on Secondary School Struggles, Homeschooling & IVF
We are so happy to have Kerri Northcott back on the podcast!
It’s been almost six years since we last spoke to her and this is a very honest chat about what life looks like now.
Kerri opens up about her daughter, Ivy and her experience of starting secondary school. She shares how things have changed over the past year, from anxiety and low self-esteem to masking in the classroom, and why they are now considering homeschooling. We talk about how hard it is to watch your child struggle, the pressure children are under at school and how it affects the whole family.
Kerri also talks about her fertility journey and trying for a second baby over the past eight years.
She shares how she is feeling now that she's taken a step back from IVF and the reality of navigating something that has been such a big part of her life for so long.
