Dr. Tuesday Watts-Overall, a birth and postpartum coach, shares her journey from being a lecturer in higher education to becoming a coach. She discovered her passion for helping people navigate the experiences of birth and early parenthood after the birth of her second child. She emphasizes the importance of managing expectations, reducing anxiety, and building trust and confidence during this transitional time. Dr. Tuesday also addresses the increase in birth trauma and advises on how to control anxiety and seek support.
