Intro-Aleisha's journey. 

In our first episode of From Madness to Purpose, we dive into the backstory of co-host, Aleisha, and find out about her healing journey and the challenges she is currently facing as she navigates recovery. Aleisha touches on the value of genuine support and being able to know the difference who is there for you, and who is not. Aleisha's journey has been a difficult one but she is learning to prioritize self-care and if journeying towards embracing the scary parts of the past, and accepting what has happened in her life.

Come along with us as we work towards the effort of contributing to ending the stigma around mental health. In this podcast, we discuss various things we have experienced throughout life. and the impact it has taken on us mentally and emotionally as we search to find meaning and purpose, in the uphill battle forward. The trauma, addictions, recovery and the healing journey we are on now. We will have special guests who join us in our effort and have taken up the courage to share their experiences with the world with the hope of meeting those who struggle where they are at, and providing insight, on how they too may find meaning in the hardships. We’ve all gone a little mad but now it’s time to use these lessons and pivot away from the madness, and step into purpose.&nbsp;
