Symposium |Optimizing chronic lymphocytic leukemia management in a changing landscape

•

On June 22, 2026, the Lymphoma Hub held a virtual symposium, titled Optimizing treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia with BTK inhibitors. During the symposium, Lymphoma Hub Steering Committee member Francesc Bosch, Vall d'Hebron Barcelona Hospital Campus, Barcelona, ES, led a case-based presentation and panel discussion featuring Susan O’Brien, Farrukh Awan, and Gilles Salles on optimizing chronic lymphocytic leukemia management in a changing landscape.

  • How do you see tandem CAR T-cell therapies fitting into the future treatment landscape for LBCL?

    06:29|
The Lymphoma Hub was pleased to speak with Ulrich Jäger, Medical University of Vienna, AT. We asked, How do you see tandem CAR T-cell therapies fitting into the future treatment landscape for LBCL? In this interview, Jäger discusses the potential role of CD19/CD20-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies in relapsed/refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). He explores the rationale for targeting both CD19 and CD20, highlights clinical data with zamtocabtagene autoleucel, and considers how tandem CAR T-cell therapies may address unmet needs in R/R LBCL. Finally, he discusses how these approaches may fit into the future treatment landscape for patients with LBCL. Intended for healthcare professionals. • What do the 3-year follow-up results from the STARGLO trial tell us about Glofit-GemOx in R/R DLBCL?

    05:29|
The Lymphoma Hub was pleased to speak with Christopher P. Fox, University of Nottingham, UK. We asked, What do the 3-year follow-up results from the STARGLO trial tell us about Glofit-GemOx in R/R DLBCL? In this interview, Fox discusses the 3-year follow-up results from the global, randomized, phase III STARGLO trial (NCT04408638) of glofitamab (Glofit) + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin (GemOx) (n = 183) vs rituximab (R)-GemOx (n = 91) in transplant-ineligible patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), recently published in Blood Advances. He also explores outcomes across clinically relevant subgroups. Intended for healthcare professionals. This educational resource is independently supported by Roche. • How might key findings from the HD21 trial influence 1L treatment of advanced stage cHL?

    05:17|
The Lymphoma Hub was pleased to speak to Peter Borchmann, University Hospital Cologne, Cologne, DE. We asked, How might key findings from the HD21 trial influence 1L treatment of advanced stage cHL? In this interview, Borchmann discusses results from the randomized, multicenter, phase III HD21 trial (NCT02661503), which evaluated positron emission tomography-guided brentuximab vedotin + etoposide + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + dacarbazine + dexamethasone (BrECADD; n = 751) vs bleomycin + etoposide + doxorubicin + cyclophosphamide + vincristine + procarbazine + prednisolone (eBEACOPP; n = 749) in adults aged ≤60 years with advanced-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Intended for healthcare professionals. This educational resource is independently supported by Takeda. All content is developed by SES in collaboration with an expert steering committee. 05:44|
The Lymphoma Hub was pleased to speak to Nirav Shah, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, US. We asked, What is the current clinical evidence for tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies in relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)?
