Well here it is - the last show of 2024!
Thank you for being with me these past 50 shows, as we’ve expanded into more Low Tox Mind and Life topics, both family and personal, with a view to supporting the whole picture of a healthy life, not just all the things that go wrong and how to fix them - which of course shall always be a part of it, but where our attention goes our energy flows and there is so much goodness and life to be lived - even when it can all feel like it’s falling apart at times.

She has spent over 30 years as an entrepreneur, author, coach, course leader and curriculum designer of transformative programs - was even in a pop girl band for a minute there with a No1 hit… What a story! Her mission is to empower people to live the life of their dreams now, versus someday and develop themselves to be “unmessable with” in the process.

This show explores Thought Field Therapy a form of ‘energy psychology’, something that Robert added to his tool kit since learning the Therapy from its creator, psychologist Dr Roger Callaghan, in 1996. Robert found that the therapy, a form of specialised “tapping” and muscle testing in combination with counselling and psychotherapy, added what was often missing for the people he saw stuck in loops with their physical or mental health. It’s a fascinating show where we cover how it can help first responders, military people in active service or retired, victims of abuse and people with chronic illnesses.
