Simon Phillips

Simon Phillips was educated at the University of St Andrews, trained at Accenture and moulded in the mangled wreckage of his car! A lifetime of ups and downs taught him how to navigate change and inspire others to do the same. He's on a mission to develop 1 Million Change Makers. Three best-sellers, published in 16 countries in multiple languages and 20 years after his first book, Simon continues to write on the subjects closest to his heart - change, relationships, loving leadership and personal effectiveness.

Renée Smith

Renée, raised in Washington State, returned home after living in Alaska to raise her four children as a single mom. She earned her BA and MS in Organizational Development, leading her to become the Director of Workplace Transformation for Washington State. Now, as founder of A Human Workplace, Renée brings her message of love-driven leadership to global audiences. She’s a speaker, writer, and advisor, dedicated to creating more human workplaces. Renée lives by Puget Sound, enjoying art, rowing, and time with her family.
