Battletech 5 - Republic of the Spheres and the Dark Age

Season 2, Ep. 35
•

It's the end of an era of Battletech, at least until we get mobs of Battletech fans storming our doors demanding more. We've reached the end of the canon timeline for Battletech, meaning we're taking the Republic of the Spheres formed during the time of the Blake Jihad and dragging into into the Dark Age, to when all the telephone lines across the universe went down to continue the metaphor from our last four episodes.

James is still working in Poland, so Ethan and Peter go as off the rails as they're allowed while dad's not around. We discuss mailmen in space, dogs chasing mailmen in space, half frozen dogs chasing half frozen mailmen.... you get where I'm going, we spend a lot of time discussing the actual viability of launching mailmen into space as a suitable replacement for interstellar communication lines.

As always, anyone looking to help out the show make sure to follow us and leave a review on iTunes and across all our social media, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Also check us out on twitch if you’ve ever wanted to see us play the games we talk about.
