Amy Kells is one of 1980's longest running artists and an unfiltered, wide-open-throttle creative to her core. Believing that all people possess an artistic drive from birth, she never saw herself going that direction as a child. But a combination of skill, fortunate intervention, and having tested alternative waters eventually led her to pivot halfway through school from academia to a fine arts degree. Nancy Anderson and Ruth Geller have been longtime friends of the studio, and have the types of art careers we love to feature: they have both practiced art consistently for decades, evolving through styles and media as mastery of one led to the search for new challenges.
