16:39|Today the day twelve years ago, on his way home from a night out and merely yards from his home, Kevin Byrne was struck by motor vehicle whose driver failed to stop and drove on leaving Kevin for dead on the roadside. To this day that person has Kevin's death on their conscience and failed to come forward. Now, over the weekend, Kevin's roadside memorial was demolished adding further to the family's ongoing distress. Kevin's sister Niamh takes up the story on this afternoon's show.
