On the opening of Tir Na nOg and the new rollercoasters at Emerald Park, Late Lunch was delighted to be part of a very special occasion for the Coyle family, their wonderful staff and the community in Meath. We heard from MD Charles Coyle, Project Manager David Everard, the parks Zoo Manager Lee Donaghue, dedicated coasters from Ireland and beyond, Niamh Reynolds, Claire O'Neill and Ross Ennis all key members of the Emerald Park team.

    Brothers Niall and Declan McNally are walking from Armagh to Croke Park for very good reason. Oisin McConville, star of the Armagh team that brought Sam Maguire back to the Orchard County twenty-two years ago, believes Sunday's final against Galway is almost too close to call! Next to arrive was the mercurial Mattress Mick - what a man, what a story. Katie Maguire is moving from in front of the lens to behind it, as she pulls from her life experience of chronic ill health, in making what will be a powerful short film aptly called "Warrior". Our final call was to Scotland and Dr Adele Commins, who has been recognised by the Musicological Society of Australia.
