Continuing our series on mental health with Rhoda Smith from Slane Counselling Centre where today Rhoda dealt with Panic Attacks.

What amazing people are Andrew and Mary, a couple who have been together for thirteen years and Lynn who is more recently in a relationship with Damien. All are part of the Clann Mor family in Navan who joined us today, along with Service Manager Ned Rispin, to tell their stories.

In March 2025 Liam O'Neill collapsed while refereeing a GAA match in Monasterboice and but for the swift action of those present Liam would have died. Thankfully his heart was restarted and so began the road to recovery which involved bypass surgery. His recuperation has been really successful to the point where he's ready to take up the whistle again in the not too distant future.
