Primary school teacher author and illustrator Rachel Darby from Navan Co. Meath has teamed up with the Dublin Neurological institute to write a brilliant book all about the importance of brain health for children. She spoke to Sinéad about how important the brain is for our overall health and how we don't give it enough attention. She is hoping to create awareness of better brain health through the book.
